Glute-focused training for women
Three sessions a week that get harder on purpose. Every movement filmed by me. New training block every month.
Why nothing’s changing
It is almost never effort. It is that nothing in the plan is asking your body to change.
Same dumbbells in March as in January. A muscle only grows when something asks it to. Repeating a workout asks nothing.
A hip thrust done slightly wrong is a quad exercise. Most women have never been told what a working glute actually feels like.
Forty bookmarked exercises in no particular order, with nothing getting harder, is a list. It was never going to work.

Who’s writing your plan
Every session in here I did first. Same progressions, same weights, filmed movement by movement so you can see exactly what a rep should look like. Not a template I bought and put my name on.
If it didn’t work on me, it isn’t in here.

The method
Three lower body sessions. Tempo, isolation, unilateral work. Progression written in, because that is the only thing that makes a muscle grow.

Why this one
Four things almost every glute program gets wrong.
Squats and lunges are quad work. This is hip thrusts, abduction and unilateral work.
Load, reps and tempo climb every week. Written in, not left to you.
Every rep filmed by me, with the cue that puts it in the glute.
Slim wanting curves trains differently from carrying weight and wanting shape.
What you get
Every session laid out by week. Sets, reps, tempo, rest. Nothing to design yourself.
Me demonstrating each exercise with the cue that makes it land in the glute instead of the quad.
Two versions of every week. Switch between them whenever your life does.
Machine taken? Shoulder sore? Swap any movement for one that trains the same thing.
What to eat to build, not just to shrink. Shopping lists and meals you'll actually cook.
Log every lift. Watch the numbers climb, that's the part that proves it's working.
How it works
Eight weeks, and the weight on the bar goes up in every one of them.
Weeks
Weeks 1 and 2
Lighter on purpose. You are teaching the glute to fire before you ask it to lift.
Weeks 3 and 4
Same movements, more weight. This is where clothes start sitting differently.
Weeks 5 and 6
More sets, tighter rest, longer under tension. The hardest fortnight.
Weeks 7 and 8
Heaviest sets of the block, then a deload so the work turns into growth.

Reviews
I'd done glute days for two years and nothing changed. Six weeks in, my hip thrust has nearly doubled and my jeans fit completely differently.
I'd tried every free glute workout on Instagram. This is the first one that told me what to do next week. That's the whole difference.
After two kids I thought this ship had sailed. I'm lifting heavier than I ever have and I've come down two dress sizes without touching a treadmill.
Hanna rebuilt my plan around a shoulder injury in two days. Try getting that from an app.
Six weeks, three sessions a week, and I finally know what a glute is meant to feel like when it's working.
The form videos are the bit nobody else does properly. I was doing hip thrusts entirely with my quads for a year.
Week one felt almost too easy. By week five I understood why, I could actually load the movements properly.
No 6am cardio, no cutting out bread. I ate more than I had in years and still got leaner.
Monthly check-ins keep me honest in a way a PDF never did. Knowing she'll see my numbers is half the reason I show up.
I joined for the challenge and stayed for the community. Having other women on the same week makes it so much easier.
Forty-four and squatting more than I did at twenty-five. I didn't think that was still available to me.
The swap library saved it for me. My gym is always packed and I never once had to skip a session.
I've bought four programs before this one. This is the only one I actually finished.
She changed my plan the week my schedule fell apart instead of telling me to try harder. That's the difference.
Three sessions a week is doable. That's it. That's why it worked when five-day splits never did.
The weekly Q&As are worth the price alone. Every question I was too embarrassed to ask, someone else asked first.
I stopped weighing myself in week three and started tracking my lifts instead. Best thing I've done for my head.
My partner asked what I'd changed. I'd changed nothing except doing the same four exercises properly, heavier, every week.
I've worked with three coaches. Hanna is the only one who actually looked at my form videos and sent notes back.
Complete beginner, terrified of the weights section. Six weeks later it's my favourite part of the gym.
The nutrition guide finally explained eating to build instead of eating less. Nobody had ever put it that way.
Behind it
Her gym, her sessions, her life. Follow along.

Questions
No. No contract, no minimum term. Monthly rolls month to month, and the 3 and 12 month plans are simply cheaper ways to pay for the same thing. You can pause or cancel from your account whenever you want.
No. Every program has a home track and a gym track and you can switch between them week to week. Home needs a pair of dumbbells and a mat. That's it.
Forty to fifty-five minutes, three days a week. You'll know every set before you walk in, so none of that is spent standing around deciding.
Start with the Booty Challenge. Six weeks, assumes you've never touched a barbell, every movement filmed with the cues that matter. Finish it and you get €69 back as credit toward whatever you do next.
Every program I've written, a new training block every month, home and gym tracks, every movement filmed, the swap library, nutrition, progress tracking and the community. There is one membership and everything is in it.
Pause it, skip a month, or cancel outright. All of it is two taps in your account, it takes effect immediately, and nobody tries to talk you out of it. You keep access to the month you have already paid for.
Within minutes. The app invite is automatic, week one is already loaded, and your welcome gift lands in your inbox the same day.
Do the work for a month. If you’re not stronger and it wasn’t worth it, email me and I’ll send your money back. No form. No talking you out of it.
Week one is loaded and waiting. The only thing between you and it is this button.
